Renewal of Certification
Evidence of cognitive expertise based on performance on an examination is a requirement of Diplomates in the Renewal of Certification Process (ROC-P) and is satisfied by the completion of the Renewal of Certification Examination which is Part 3 of the ROC-P.

Re-examination Policy for the Renewal of Certification Examination:
The Renewal of Certification Exam is the third part of the Renewal of Certification Process (ROC-P) and is required to be completed prior to the Diplomates ten-year anniversary as noted in their profile in Part 3 of the ROC-P website. The examination may be taken as often as needed, but must be completed prior the the ten-year anniversary.
